If you need to reset your password, you can do this via your App or the Afterpay website. Keep reading to see how it's done!

Afterpay website:

1. Enter in your email address.

2. Click "Continue".

3. Click “Forgot Password”.

4. A verification code will be sent to the phone number listed on the account. Enter in the code that you received.

5. Create your new password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of numbers and symbols (such as !,#,@).

6. Click “Continue”. All done!

Via your App:

1. Enter in your email address.

2. Select the “I don’t know my password” option.

3. Enter in your email address.

4. A verification code will be sent to the phone number listed on the account. Enter in the code that you received.

5. Create your new password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of numbers and symbols (such as !,#,@).

6. Select “Continue”. All done!
