To opt-out of marketing materials, head to our app or website and log in. 

• Using our App? Click the person icon (bottom right-hand side) > Click Profile > Go to 'Subscriptions' and slide off

• Using our website? Click on 'My Account' > Preferences > Hit Unsubscribe

You can also opt-out by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of any marketing email.

Please keep in mind, this will only stop marketing materials; your payment reminders/order/refund confirmations will still be sent and cannot be turned off.

Want to opt back in?

Opting back in is really easy! Simply go back to the settings and switch it back on - you can do this at any time!
